Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 気泡連通化剤を用いることなく、貯蔵安定性 が良く、安定して独立気泡率が充分に低い連続気泡を有 する硬質ウレタンフォームの製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 有機ポリイソシアネート、ポリオール、 発砲剤、整泡剤、触媒を配合した処方を用いて、硬質ウ レタンフォームの製造するに際して、ポリオール成分と してポリマーポリオールを含有させ、かつ得られる硬質 ウレタンフォームの独立気泡率を20%以下とする。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rigid urethane foam having excellent preservation stability, stable and sufficiently low closed cell ratio and open cells without using an open cell forming agent. SOLUTION: In this method for producing a rigid urethane foam having open cells by using a formulation obtained by mixing an organic polyisocyanate with a polyol, a blowing agent, a foam stabilizer and a catalyst, a polymer polyol is used as the polyol component and the obtained rigid urethane foam has <=20% closed cell ratio. The polymer polyol has 150-500 mgKOH/g hydroxy number. The ratio of the vinyl compound contained as a component for the polymer polyol related to the production method is 5-40 wt.%.
